RestorixHealth is an accredited supplier of Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies (DMEPOS), as well as a participating Medicare Part B provider.

Education
Good clinical care starts with proper education and training. As part of our service offering, we provide evidence-based education and educational material supporting the standards of care in the long-term care and assisted living environment. Enhancing the facility staff knowledge and competence in all the products provided, they are empowered to improve the quality of care delivered. Moreover, this helps manage the risk associated with patient care while improving outcomes.
Each facility is assigned an education advisor who will work to develop an education plan tailored specifically to your needs. Topics include:
- Clinical, regulatory and documentation education to facility staff related to wound care products
- Education to facilitate proper product utilization consistent with product directions for use
Expertise
Unique within the DME industry is our team of wound care certified clinical specialists who are also dedicated account representatives. Visiting facilities on a regular basis, your Clinical Specialist educates the facility care teams on prevention and healing protocols, dressing usage and management, and appropriate documentation in accordance with the local coverage determination and policy guidelines.
RestorixHealth also offers a remote Inside Clinical & Service Team who have the ability to provide on-demand virtual clinical and educational support, including virtual rounds, dressing selection guidance and supply ordering.
Our in-house procurement team maintains product inventory and ships & tracks all deliveries.
All resident orders are individually packed to ensure each individual resident receives their products, paid for by their insurance provider.
- We work with the major manufacturers of wound care dressings, ostomy, urological and tracheostomy supplies
- Through insurance and benefit checking, we supply the resident’s covered dressings, according to their payer’s rules
- Our revenue cycle team will complete all needed prior authorization steps
- We bill the resident’s primary and secondary insurance directly through their coverage – Medicare Part B, Medicare Advantage Part B, Medicaid, HMOs and other primary payers
- RXH/AMT accepts full assignment for the products provided
