Todd Newton

Chief Executive Officer

Todd brings nearly 40 years of business experience, including executive officer roles with a number of healthcare companies, including as CEO of Apollo Endosurgery, Inc., CFO and COO at ArthroCare Corporation and, most recently, as the interim CEO for MiMedx Group Inc.  Todd is also a member of the board of directors of MiMedx Group and InfuCare RX.

William H. Tettelbach, MD, FACP, FIDSA, FUHM, MAPWCA, CWSP

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Tettelbach is a certified wound specialist board certified in Undersea & Hyperbaric Medicine, Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine with formal training in Biomedical Informatics. Most recently, he served as a divisional Executive Medical Director for HCA and past Chief Medical Officer, Wound Care and Surgical at MIMEDX. Dr. Tettelbach is a sought-after author and presenter who frequently lends his expertise to professional societies, committees and associations.

Amy Cohen-Mallen

Chief Financial Officer

Amy is a CPA with close to 30 years of experience working as an accounting and finance professional. Prior to joining RXH, she was the CFO of Bernhard, an energy-as-a-service and construction company and held senior roles in finance and compliance for DIRECTV.

Jeff Bowman

Division President, Post-Acute Operations

Jeff Bowman is an accomplished leader with more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of medical equipment and supplies in the post-acute environment. Prior to joining RXH, he spent the past 18 years with McKesson. During that time, he led McKesson’s national home care company, Home Care Distribution (which is now their HME business) and most recently led the home infusion distribution business. Prior to McKesson Corporation, Jeff co-founded an HME company and served as the Director of Operations for a Medicare Part B billing company. He has also served as a board member of the American Association for Homecare and a member of the HIDA Home Care Advisory Council.

Therese Hernandez

Division President, Acute Operations

Therese is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 30 years of experience in multi-state, multi-site outpatient healthcare operations, strategic planning, acquisition and de novo development. Prior to joining RXH, she spent 20 years with U.S. HealthWorks, a Dignity Health subsidiary, where she held multiple roles including Senior Vice President of Operations, leading the firm’s largest operating division. During her time at U.S. HealthWorks, she was also responsible for the development of the firm’s M&A, de novo and strategic development programs. She also served as the senior executive responsible for strategy development between Dignity Health and U.S. HealthWorks.
