Medical and Prescription Insurance

Medical coverage at RestorixHealth starts with an emphasis on preventative care, covering routine physicals and certain routine screenings at 100%. We offer competitive plans with reasonable premiums and co-pays. Cigna administers healthcare benefits for most of our employees. Cigna offers an easy-to-use health improvement program, providing employees and their covered dependents with tools, services and information designed to support healthy living. Coverage extends to a qualified adult, which includes a spouse, same-sex domestic partner, domestic partners or other qualified family member who meets eligibility requirements.

Dental Insurance

We provide comprehensive coverage through Cigna Dental, including free preventative care like regular check-ups and cleanings. Dental coverage under the RestorixHealth plans extends to a qualified adult, which includes a spouse, same-sex domestic partner or other qualified family member who meets eligibility requirements.

Vision Insurance

Vision Service Plan (VSP) administers our vision benefits that offer a range of services including exams, contacts, lenses and frames. 

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

A health care Flexible Spending Account to help bridge the gap between health care expenses covered by insurance and eligible expenses that are paid out-of-pocket, by setting aside a certain amount of pretax dollars each year.

  • Healthcare Flexible Spending Accounts reimburse eligible medical, prescription dental and vision expenses for up to $2,550 per year.

A dependent care Flexible Spending Account to help cover eligible out-of-pocket expenses for child or elder care, by setting aside a certain amount of pretax dollars each year.

  • Day Care (Child and Adult) Flexible Spending Accounts reimburse eligible day care and elder care expenses for up to $5,000 per year.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

We offer confidential, professional counseling to employees and their loved ones at no cost to the employee.

Aflac

Full time and part time employees are eligible to enroll during open enrollment.  This is a 100% employee paid (either pre or post-tax deductions, depending on the coverage selected) plans that include some or all of the following: hospital, accident, cancer, dental, life insurance, and short-term disability.
