Steven F. McLaughlin | Chief Executive Officer
Mr. McLaughlin has extensive background operating multi-site, outpatient healthcare centers and partnering with hospital and long-term care homes to manage care delivery. Prior to joining RestorixHealth, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for the third largest provider of comprehensive sleep medicine services in the US. McLaughlin also served as Chief Executive Officer of HealthDrive, providers of medical, dental and vision services to residents of long-term care facilities. He spent 14 years in occupational health and urgent care medicine, including US HealthWorks where he was the Executive Vice President of Operations responsible for 115 clinics throughout 15 states.
David J. Walz | President
Mr. Walz is a versatile healthcare executive with more than 30 years of experience in hospital operations, financial management, business development and strategic planning within complex healthcare organizations. Prior to joining RestorixHealth, Walz was Executive Director/Vice President of Operations at St. John’s Queens Hospital, a teaching division of Saint Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers in New York, where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations, which included bottom line accountability for a $300 million operating budget.
Patrick Seiler | Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Seiler has more than 25 years senior financial leadership experience. Prior to joining RestorixHealth, Seiler was the CFO for one of the largest ambulance companies in the US, guiding it through a restructuring and helping it double its size in less than five years to $160MM in revenue. Seiler later worked as the COO and a CFO for a Philadelphia-based ambulance company that he successfully turned around. He has a proven track record building strong accounting and finance departments and providing financial leadership for companies in a variety of industries. Seiler has led the effort on several large acquisitions, guided businesses through complicated debt and equity offerings.
Bob Bartlett, MD, CPE, FACHM, UHM, FACEP, MAPWCA | Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Bartlett is recognized for his extensive work in the field of wound healing, hyperbaric medicine and knowledge engineering. He has consulted nationally and internationally and has provided more than a half-million CME hours over his career. Bartlett is a Certified Physician Executive, a recipient of the Eric Kindwall award for Hyperbaric Medicine, the lead designer for physician certification exams in both hyperbaric medicine and wound care and has received the “Masters” designation from the American Professional Wound Care Association. Prior to joining RestorixHealth, Bartlett served as the Corporate Medical Director for National Healing from 2002 through 2010.
Patrick Mullally, CHC | Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Information Technology
Mr. Mullally is certified in healthcare compliance and has more than 25 years in the information technology field, including ten years in the healthcare industry. Prior to coming to RestorixHealth, Mullally was the Vice President of Information Technology at Landauer Metropolitan, a durable medical equipment and respiratory care company. During his tenure at Landauer Metropolitan, he was responsible for all corporate IT operations. In addition, he managed the IT due diligence and integration efforts of 11 acquisitions. Mullally also was Director of Applications Development at Gartner, an IT research and advisory firm, where he specialized in Oracle database driven sales and marketing systems.
John V. Capotorto MD, MBA | Corporate Medical and Compliance Director
Dr. Capotorto is a Harvard-trained, practicing Adult and Pediatric Endocrinologist and is a co-founder of RestorixHealth. Capotorto is a thought leader in the wound care and hyperbaric industry and past-President of the American Association of Wound Care Management (AAWCM). He has worked relentlessly to promote and advance the concept of a multidisciplinary team approach to delivering state of the art wound care, lecturing to reinforce the best clinical practice pathways. Capotorto received his MBA in Health Care Administration from the Zicklin School of Business and Mount Sinai School of Medicine where he graduated Beta Gamma Sigma. Despite his busy lecture and travel schedule, he maintains a small but busy general endocrine practice on Staten Island, New York. Over the years, he has been recognized with the JDRF Humanistic Award for his community service in caring for children with diabetes.
Lee C. Rogers, DPM | Medical Director, Amputation Prevention Centers of America
Dr. Rogers is a podiatrist, fellowship-trained in surgical limb salvage, who founded the first Amputation Prevention Center. He is the author of more than 100 manuscripts and book chapters on the diabetic foot, including several that are designed to improve the process and protocols of treatment. He is the past chair of the Foot Care Council for the American Diabetes Association. Rogers received the 2011 Rising Star Award from the American Podiatric Medical Association for outstanding national accomplishments and he has been named by Podiatry Management Magazine as one of the most influential podiatrists in America. Rogers was selected as Educator of the Year by the California Podiatric Medical Association in 2012 and given the Master’s Award from the American Professional Wound Care Association in 2013. Rogers’s work has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, US News and World Report and he’s been a guest on ABC’s The Doctors Show.
Diane L. Boone, RN, MS | Senior Vice President, Amputation Prevention Centers of America
Ms. Boone has more than 30 years of experience in clinical, education, marketing and executive operations management in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining RestorixHealth, Boone co-founded and then served for 13 years as Chief Executive Officer of Paradigm Medical Management, a former provider of wound and hyperbaric management services in the U.S. Paradigm merged with RestorixHealth in September 2014. In 2011, under her leadership, Paradigm launched the Amputation Prevention Centers of America®, a specialty network dedicated to reducing the rate of major lower extremity amputations in the U.S. and worldwide.
Leigh Boyd | Senior Vice President, Business Development
Ms. Boyd has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry specializing in acute, post-acute and outpatient sales, business development strategy, building highly functioning sales teams and controlling P&L. Prior to joining RestorixHealth, Boyd was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Kindred Healthcare, Inc., the largest diversified provider of post-acute care services in the United States. Noted for her leadership in wellness programs, Boyd has served on several boards and was appointed to the board of directors at Livanta, LLC in 2014.
Miguel A. Sandoval, BA, MHA | Senior Vice President, Managed Care
With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Sandoval has worked extensively in the healthcare field within the health plan, medical group/IPA and hospital settings, utilizing his expertise in managed care, business development, contracting and operations. He has experience in network development and has implemented strategic initiatives around carve-out contracting for sub-specialty IPAs and medical groups in the areas of amputation prevention, wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Prior to joining RestorixHealth, Sandoval co-founded and then served as president of Paradigm Medical Management where he implemented strategic initiatives and the development of new centers. Additionally, he collaborated in the development of a management services organization to operate a specialty physician group, as well as serving as a consultant for hospitals, medical groups and IPAs.
